Email customer service or support with the following information:
Domain Name
Database Name
FTP Username
Once we this information, we will create the DSN and email you the DSN in the following format:
prefix_domain_com (Please note: prefix can be the customer's choice.)
Please note that there is a two DSN limit for each customer.
